On August 26, Li Auto announced that the launch of the new generation of Li Auto MEGA is scheduled to be held at 19:30 on September 2. It is understood that recently, many actual car pictures of the new generation of Ideal MEGA have been exposed on the Internet. The new car overall continues the shape and design of the current model, maintaining a streamlined body to minimize wind resistance and improve battery life. It has also been optimized and upgraded. The most eye-catching one is the closed-style white wheels, which is undoubtedly a significant feature.
In addition, the car also has some detailed optimizations, such as using UWB instead of ultrasonic radar, with no openings in the whole body, making it more simple; high-precision solid-state lidar is equipped under the side camera and the tailgate to increase perception; the door handle is replaced with a semi-hidden one, integrating mechanical and electronic unlocking functions.
It is worth mentioning that the car will also provide a Home version. The second-row seats support 45° welcome, 90° viewing and 180° sitting opposite each other. Together with the removable small table, it can expand more car use scenarios.
