Musk's X platform said it has restored the ability to search for Taylor Swift-related content on its social network. Previously, the platform temporarily blocked searches for Swift's name due to the proliferation of deepfake images.
Joe Benarroch, X's director of business operations, said: "Search functionality has been re-enabled and we will continue to be vigilant about attempts to spread this type of content and will remove it wherever we find it."
Last week, an "indecent" photo of Swift generated by artificial intelligence went viral on the X website, attracting tens of millions of views.
