The maximum charging speed of Apple's VisionPro battery is twice that of the built-in charger. Using different charging heads, the charging power can be as high as 65 watts. Those who purchase the VisionPro will find a 30W charger included in the box with the headphones for charging the included battery pack. While it's adequate for the average user's charging needs, using a more powerful charger seems to reduce charging time even further.

In a post made late on the day of Apple's Vision Pro launch, user "Ndornquast" tested its battery using a 100-watt charger and a cable with a built-in power meter display.

The battery in the photo is plugged into the end of the fuel gauge and reads 62 watts, which means the VisionPro can charge up to 65 watts.

While some of the 65W will be used to power the VisionPro headphones during use, the fact that all of the power is delivered through the battery system suggests that its charging capabilities far exceed the capabilities of the included 30W charger. The high charging power level is encouraging for those who are impatient to wait for charging but don't want to use it with a cable attached.

Apple didn't say how much power the Vision Pro can use, but confirmed it can be used while the battery is charging, and early reviews put charging time at about 1.5 hours and use time of up to 2.5 hours.
