Tesla internal documents show that according to the latest effective salary standards,The minimum hourly wage for Tesla's U.S. factory workers is US$22 (approximately RMB 158), while the highest is US$39 (approximately RMB 280).Tesla announced in December last year that it would raise wages for factory workers. On January 8 this year, the salary standard officially came into effect.

According to the new standards, Tesla divided the salary grades into three standards based on the cost of living in each region, with the lowest salaries at the Austin, Texas and Sparks, Nevada factories, and the highest salaries at the Fremont and Palo Alto factories in California.

At the same time, Tesla employees can also get the opportunity to be re-rated every six months based on their performance and Tesla's overall performance.Workers are also eligible for bonuses every six months at the end of performance reviews from January to June and July to December.

Logistics analysts and front-line manufacturing engineers have the lowest salaries, about $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
