In a recent interview, "Starblade" director Kim Hyung-tai said that when creating the heroine Eve, the development team paid special attention to the design of her back. "Starblade" developer ShiftUp is known for paying attention to character details, such as adding butt shaking physical effects in "Nikki: Goddess of Victory". This time they spent a lot of time on heroine Eve's back.

In an interview with foreign media GamesRadar, Kim Hyung Tae revealed their process of making the heroine Eve. Eve's body model is Korean sexy model Shin Jae-eun, and according to the developers, designing such an "ideal and most attractive" character was one of the key points of the game.

Kim Hyung-tae said: "When designing the heroine, we focused on her back because players can always directly see the back of the character during the game. That's where they see the most, so we think that's very important."

"Honestly, when I play a game, I would love to see characters that are prettier than myself, that's what I want. I don't want to see ordinary things, I want to see something more ideal, and I think that's important. After all, this is an entertainment game for adults."

"Star Blade" will be released on April 26 for PS5. The regular version is priced at HKD 568, and the deluxe version is priced at HKD 628. Pre-order to get Eve’s planetary airborne suit, Eve’s classic round-frame glasses, and Eve’s ear protection earrings.
