ViewSonic has officially launched XG272-2K-OLED in the United States and will be available globally in a week. In terms of specifications, the XG272-2K-OLED has a size of 27 inches, a resolution of 2560×1440, a 240Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 450 nits. It supports 10-bit color depth display, 100% sRGB, 98.5% DCI-P3 color gamut space, and HDR10.
It achieves a GTG response time of 0.02 milliseconds in terms of latency, and supports NVIDIA AG-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium, providing smooth images while minimizing motion blur and ghosting in games.
Although ViewSonic did not say which company the panel comes from, judging from these parameters, it may be based on LG DisplayWOLED designed specifically for games, such as ASRock Phantom Gaming PGO27QFS2A, Cooler Master TempestGZ2711 and LG UltraGearOLED27GS95QE.
The back of this monitor also has RGB lighting effects, which can be customized at will. The design at the bottom is also very distinctive. It is equipped with physical buttons to easily bring up the monitor OSD menu. The stand can also be freely adjusted at various angles such as vertical and tilt.
On the interface, it is equipped with 2 HDMI2.1, 2 DP1.4, 1 USB-C, 1 USB-B3.1, and 3 USB-A3.1, allowing players to easily plug in gaming devices and other peripherals. USB-C can also support 15W power supply for mobile phones and remote controls.
It also has two built-in 3W speakers and provides a 3-year effective warranty. However, no specific price is given, and the official website only says to contact the sales staff.
