Musk’s ex-girlfriend Grimes and Neuralink female executive Shivon Ziris have shaken hands and made peace, ending their unhappiness on the X platform owned by Musk. Grimes was initially "angry" because she only found out about Musk and Ziris' twins after the public became aware of them, Musk's biographer revealed in a recently published excerpt from the book.

In a now-deleted post last week, Grimes also accused Ziris of blocking her on social media. "Tell Shivon to unblock me and tell Elon to let me see my son or get back to my attorney," she wrote. "Until this moment, I have never been allowed to see pictures of these children, even though this situation has completely torn my family apart," she added, referring to the twins Musk and Ziris had through in vitro fertilization. Isaacson published the photos and names of the two children for the first time in a post on the X platform last week.

But it looks like the musician is now ready to reconcile with Ziris. She said in a post on Sunday local time: "Communications about the twins were not handled very well in the past, but I now fully understand what happened and completely forgive the situation."

She said: "I finally had a long, long overdue talk with Shivonne. It's not her fault, please don't be angry with her!" Grimes wrote.

"We have a lot of respect for each other and we're excited to be friends and have kids growing up together," she added.

Grimes added that she believes women "are often pitted against each other." But now that she's spoken with Ziris, she feels Ziris is an "amazing person" and they both agree they "just want the best for our kids."

Zilis responded by thanking Grimes for "taking the time to really talk to her."

Zilis wrote: "So glad we had such a great conversation, it's so late."

She added: "I can't wait to play with the kids and congratulate little Tau," referring to Musk and Grimes' recently revealed third child, TauTechnoMechanicus.
