It is reported that,The new car basically follows the design style of the Mercedes-Benz EQSS SUV, but has made adjustments in details and added elements of the Maybach family.
From the appearance, Maybach's classic straight waterfall grille is retained in the Maybach EQS with a flat shape. The headlights are blackened and connected by through-type daytime running lights. The wide front of the car looks domineering.
The lower enclosure adopts a three-stage design style, with relatively large air guide grooves on both sides, which enhances the sense of hierarchy at the front of the car.
From the side, in order to reduce the impact of wind resistance as much as possible, the shape of the new car is more rounded than the Maybach GLS, with more elegance and less power. The waistline adopts a through-type design, making the visual effect appear slender and majestic.
Black plaques are added to the wheel eyebrows as embellishments, and the pie-shaped wheels highlight the sense of class.
At the rear of the car, the blackened taillights adopt a through-type design and integrate a bit-matrix LED light source, which is very recognizable when lit; the lower surround is equipped with a thick black trim panel and is decorated with high-gloss chrome strips, which looks full of power.
Entering the car, the overall layout is consistent with the Mercedes-Benz EQSS SUV, providing a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel,12.3-inch full LCD instrument panel, 17.7-inch built-in central control screen and 12.3-inch passenger entertainment screen. But compared with the regular version of EQS, the car's interior is superior in materials.
Coming to the back row, the new car uses two independent seats that support electric adjustment/heating/massage and other functions. There is an 11.6-inch entertainment screen in front of each seat, and there is a Samsung tablet in the center armrest.
Thanks to the air suspension, the Maybach EQSS SUV feels a bit "like walking on flat ground" on rough roads.
