China's new energy passenger vehicle market has grown significantly, exceeding the global average.From January to June 2024, China continued to maintain a market share of 64.5%, and during the period from April to June, this proportion was as high as 67%.
In the field of pure electric vehicles, China’s global market share will reach 61% in 2023, and inRemain at 59% in the first half of 2024, showing relatively stable performance.
At the same time, China's share of the plug-in hybrid market continues to grow, from a level of 30%-50% between 2017 and 2018, falling to 25% in 2020, and then gradually rising.
It will reach 32% in 2021, further rise to 56% in 2022, and climb to 69% in 2023.By the first half of 2024, this proportion reached an astonishing 74%, and in the second quarter it was as high as 78%.This series of data clearly signals that China’s leading position in the field of plug-in hybrid vehicles is increasingly consolidated.
