GDDR6X video memory is out of stock: RTX 4070 really needs to be replaced by GDDR6 with a frequency of up to 20GHz

According to market sources, Micron's batch of GDDR6X memory has been found to have quality control problems, causing RTX4070 and above models to face large-scale shortages, and priority is given to high-profit key models such as RTX4070Ti and RTX4080. Therefore, based on experience, some people speculated whether the RTX4070 would have a GDDR6 memory version, and it turned out that it did!

The latest revelations say,RTX4070GDDR6 is already in preparation, and the public version plan number is PG141SKU347.

The equivalent frequency of RTX4070GDDR6X is as high as 21GHz, and the replacement of GDDR6 is not bad either. It has achieved an equivalent frequency of 20GHz for the first time.

This even exceeds GDDR6X on the RTX30 series (except for the Card King 3090Ti), and the previous highest GDDR6 was 18GHz on the RTX4060Ti.

In this way, NVIDIA is still very sincere this time, but I don’t know when RTX4070GDDR6 will be launched, and I don’t know if the price can be more sincere.
