Have you upgraded to 10G broadband? Now Beijing Unicom’s first 10G broadband user has appeared and showed off the Internet speed. According to user posts, China Unicom Beijing's 10G broadband costs 999 yuan a month, and the uplink and downlink speeds are as fast as lightning.

Judging from the actual speed measurement, the download speed reached 9340.22Mbps and the upload speed reached 6311.59Mbps.

How fast is this speed? For example, downloading a 2-hour 8K movie (the file size is about 90GB) takes about 12 minutes using Gigabit broadband, but only 72 seconds using 10G cloud broadband.

However, according to the blogger, the above-mentioned network speed is an early speed measurement. The actual 10G broadband is 10G downlink and Gigabit uplink.

In May of this year, China Unicom officially launched a 10-gigabit broadband community trial in Beijing. This was also the second operator after China Telecom.

As a key technology for all-optical 10G, 50G-PON is defined by ITU-T (ITU-Telecommunications Standardization Bureau) as the next-generation PON standard after 10G-PON.

This technology has features such as ultra-large bandwidth, low latency, and application-level flexible slicing. It is a 10-Gigabit broadband access technology recognized by mainstream operators around the world.

This is dual 2000M broadband, 4600M downlink and 500M uplink speed.
