Samsung may debut the Galaxy S25 series early next year, most likely in January. Before the Galaxy S25 series is officially unveiled, leaked information has revealed almost all the information about the upcoming Galaxy S25 series, especially the flagship model Galaxy S25 Ultra.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip, which was recently exposed by Geekbench. Its running scores can compete with the A18 Pro chip of the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Now, leaker IceUniverse has revealed new leaked information.

The leaker said:"S25Ultra will definitely have a 16GB RAM version, this is 100% confirmed, don't worry". If the news is true, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be on par with the OnePlus 12 and Google Pixel 9 Pro, which also offer 16GB RAM versions.

The information leaked this time is consistent with the information leaked four months ago that the Galaxy S25 Ultra may be equipped with 16GB RAM. The Galaxy S20 Ultra and S21 Ultra are the two most recent Samsung phones equipped with 16GB RAM.

However, the information leaked by IceUniverse does not touch on some other specifications, such as whether the 16GB RAM option will be standard on all models or only available in the models with higher storage capacity (namely the 512GB and 1TB models). Regardless, it would be a significant upgrade compared to the 12GB of RAM on all current Galaxy S24 Ultra models.

The increased RAM is expected to be used to handle resource-intensive Galaxy AI tasks, an approach Google has also taken with its Pixel 9 series of phones. In terms of other details, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be much thinner than initially expected.

Some Samsung executives have revealed that the company may launch top-level display and camera upgrades on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Next year, Samsung is also expected to introduce design changes that tend to provide a more comfortable feel.
