Dubai Blue Sky Hotel, the world's tallest hotel building constructed by China Railway Construction Corporation, successfully passed the completion acceptance yesterday.The project is located in the Marina area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, covering an area of 3,662 square meters, with a construction area of approximately 102,000 square meters and a height of 373.5 meters.
The hotel adopts a unique hyperboloid exterior design and has a high-altitude triumphal arch and viewing platform., providing visitors with an excellent perspective of the city landscape.
Internal planning includes1,100 luxurious rooms, an open-air swimming pool at 306 meters, a sky restaurant at 353 meters and a 12-story atrium garden, these facilities together form a landmark building with all-round views of Dubai.
With the project put into use, Dubai Blue Sky Hotel will become the city's new business card, attracting more domestic and foreign tourists to travel.
