Rob Witthoff said on Instagram: "This account is different from other OnlyFans accounts. If you follow it, you will see an old guy working out. That's it. But my plan is to build muscle. If you want, you can work out with me."
However, Rob Witthoff also stated that he is not a fitness expert, has not received any form of physical exercise certification or training, nor is he an educated or certified nutritionist, so he does not recommend that others do the same exercise and diet as he does, because he opened this account just for fun.
Rob Witthoff's first post on OnlyFans asked fans if they were ready and if he was ready. And the second and latest post chronicles his drinking philosophy for the day, while explaining his eating habits.
