It is reported that since the implementation of the “two new” policy (i.e. large-scale equipment updates and trade-in of consumer goods) in 2024, JD.com has immediately invested in supporting and undertaking trade-in subsidies.
As of now,JD.com’s trade-in service has covered more than 200 subcategories such as home appliances, home furnishings, building materials, 3C, digital, automobiles, electric bicycles, health equipment, and fitness equipment;In more than 90% of counties and rural areas across the country, consumers trade in old products for new ones through JD.com.
