Mixue Bingcheng Co., Ltd. submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The listing application shows that in 2021, 2022, 2023 and the first nine months of 2024, Mixue Bingcheng's store network achieved terminal retail sales of approximately RMB 22.8 billion, RMB 30.7 billion, RMB 47.8 billion and RMB 44.9 billion respectively.

In 2022, 2023 and the first nine months of 2024, Mixue Bingcheng achieved revenue of RMB 13.6 billion, RMB 20.3 billion and RMB 18.7 billion respectively, representing year-on-year increases of 31.2%, 49.6% and 21.2%. In 2022, 2023 and the first nine months of 2024, Mixue Bingcheng's net profits were RMB 2 billion, RMB 3.2 billion and RMB 3.5 billion respectively, representing year-on-year increases of 5.3%, 58.3% and 42.3%.


Mixue Bingcheng was founded in Zhengzhou, Henan in 1997. Its main products are freshly made tea drinks, fruit drinks and ice cream. On January 2, 2024, Mixue Bingcheng submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The prospectus shows that in the first three quarters of 2023, Mixue Bingcheng achieved revenue of 15.393 billion yuan, net profit of 2.401 billion yuan, and gross profit margin of 29.7%. Mixue Bingcheng's prospectus expired in July and has not yet been resubmitted. Narrow-door dining shows that as of December 13, Mixue Bingcheng had 32,521 stores across the country.
