Apple’s official website shows,You can save 500 yuan by buying iPhone16Pro or iPhone16ProMax, you can save 400 yuan by buying iPhone16 or iPhone16Plus, you can save 300 yuan by buying iPhone15 or iPhone15Plus, and you can save 200 yuan by buying iPhone14 or iPhone14Plus.
According to media reports, this rare price cut is because Apple has to deal with competition from domestic mobile phone brands such as Huawei.
The report pointed out thatApple is facing fierce competition in China, especially from local brands such as Huawei.
In August 2023, Huawei will return to the high-end smartphone market and be equipped with a new Kirin chip. Last week, Huawei also lowered the prices of some high-end products on its e-commerce platform, with a maximum reduction of up to 3,000 yuan.

According to data from research firm IDC, in the third quarter of 2024, China's smartphone market shipped approximately 68.78 million units, a year-on-year increase of 3.2%. Apple's market share was 15.6%, ranking second. However, iPhone shipments in the quarter were 10.73 million units, a year-on-year decrease of 0.3%.
