The shareholding structure shows that Times Xiaoju is owned byNingde eraIts subsidiary Times Electronic Services Technology Co., Ltd. andDidi ChuxingRelated Beijing Xiaoju Technology Co., Ltd.,By Zhejiang Xiaoju Energy Technology Innovation Co., Ltd.Indirectly jointly held shares, the shareholding ratios are respectively69.697% and 30.303%, CATL is the controlling shareholder.
