63 DEEPSEEK trademark applications were rejected. Who filed these applications?

On February 24, the State Intellectual Property Office issued a notice regarding the legal rejection of registration applications for squatting "DEEPSEEK" and other related trademarks. The notice stated that we will resolutely crack down on such malicious applications and reject 63 trademark registration applications including No. 82848449 "DEEPSEEK" in accordance with the law. Judging from the rejected list, 54 of the 63 trademark registration applications were applied by Shenzhen Fubijian Synthetic Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and 5 were applied by Suzhou Pifan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

According to the Aiqicha App, Shenzhen Fubijian Synthetic Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2024. The legal representative is Li Qiangfu, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes engineering and technology research and experimental development, agricultural scientific research and experimental development, bio-based material technology research and development, etc., and is jointly held by Shenzhen Taiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. and Li Qiangfu.

Its business scope includes technology development, intelligent robot sales, industrial robot sales, etc. in the field of intelligent technology. It is wholly owned by Suzhou Nocas Furniture Co., Ltd. It is worth mentioning that in February 2023, the company applied to register 5 "CHATGPT" trademarks. The international classification involves website services, scientific instruments, advertising sales, etc. Most of the trademark applications have been rejected.
