The official PlayStation Italy Instagram page posted a post promoting a game called Supermarket Shopping Simulator. As you can see, no matter the character’s movements or painting style in the picture, one can’t help but suspect that this is an AI-generated picture.

PlayStation fans are unhappy with Sony promoting a low-quality, AI-generated version of Supermarket Shopping Simulator on its official social media. One comment on social media wrote: "Who would play this garbage? What does Sony think of us?" "This is so disappointing. Sony no longer cares about what is sold in their store."

Although it only has a ridiculous 1.53-star rating, it has recorded over 600 purchases, probably because its Platinum trophy is so easy to get. After all, this type of game is the first choice for players who want to complete PlayStation's trophy system, which allows you to easily increase your completion statistics.

Only one game has sparked controversy this time around, but it highlights the serious problems Sony stores face due to a lack of quality control. Now this official promotion has become a trigger, and Sony has yet to comment on the matter.
