NVIDIA’s RTX5000 series graphics card lineup is about to expand. According to VideoCardz, the company will introduce the RTX5060Ti and RTX5060 to the media on March 13, 2025. According to reports, the RTX5060 series includes three variants: RTX5060Ti with 16GB VRAM, RTX5060Ti with 8GB VRAM, and RTX5060 (also equipped with 8GB of video memory). This is the same configuration as the previous generation RTX4060Ti/non-Ti variants.

NVIDIA's new mid-range graphics cards are expected to have more CUDA cores, faster (DDR7) memory, and higher TGP. In the Ti version of the card, users will see a jump from 4352 cores to 4608 cores, while in the non-Ti version of the card, the upgrade will be more significant: CUDA cores increase from 3072 to 4352.

Although the memory capacity will not change (much to the dissatisfaction of many PC enthusiasts on a tight budget), NVIDIA will upgrade from GDDR6/GDDR6X to GDDR7. This increases memory clocks from 18Gbps and 17Gbps to 28Gbps, and bandwidth from 288/272GB/s to 448GB/s.

NVIDIARTX5060 has also been "upgraded" to another model of chip. It now uses XX6 (GB206) instead of XX7 (AD107) in the RTX4060, leaving the GB207 chip for the upcoming RTX5050 (weaker NVIDIA graphics cards use the higher-numbered chip).

Here's a rundown of the specs (note, these specs haven't been confirmed yet):

Pricing and launch date are unknown. For more details, stay tuned for the official announcement tomorrow.
