Leaker Sonny Dickson shared an image today that he claims is the first photo of a third-party Apple iPhone 17 Air case. Case makers typically obtain design specifications for upcoming iPhone models through official partnerships with Apple or on-site inspections at production facilities before they are released.
The upcoming iPhone 17 Air is expected to feature a unique camera module design, featuring a horizontal "camera strip" spanning the width of the upper rear of the device.
Leaked renders show that the camera bar will house a rear camera lens on the left, with the flash on the far right. It is reported that the thickness of iPhone17Air is about 5.5 mm. The overall appearance is beautiful, fashionable and simple, consistent with the ultra-thin appearance of iPhone17Air.
A report over the weekend claimed that the iPhone 17 Air would feature camera control buttons, and the mockup Dickson previously shared reflected this. 6-inch display, supports 120Hz ProMotion, Smart Island, standard A19 chip (not A19Pro chip), 48-megapixel rear camera, Apple's customized C1 modem, and no physical SIM card slot in the world. As usual, Apple should announce its new iPhone product line around mid-September.
