Mini PC brand Aoostar has launched the G-Flip370, a palm-sized mini PC that not only has a cool display, but also has powerful performance. This is thanks to AMD's Ryzen AI9HX370 APU, which has 12 Zen5 cores and Radeon 890M integrated graphics. Aoostar says this configuration can easily handle mainstream AAA games. Low-end games like League of Legends can even hit 90fps at 4K.

But let's talk about the hero of this product: the flip-up screen. The screen is only 5 inches, so it certainly doesn’t offer a movie-like experience, but it has a Full HD 1080p resolution and supports touch input. Aoostar says the screen is ideal for system monitoring, performing quick tasks, or even catching up on your favorite shows. The screen is mounted on an aluminum alloy hinge and can be tilted 65 degrees.

This is a neat addition, especially for mini PCs where space is of the essence, as the goal is to keep the size as small as possible. The screen isn't usually a priority for PC manufacturers when designing such a small device.

Still, the integrated screen isn't the only way to experience the G-Flip370's capabilities. The 5-inch screen is not enough for tasks such as gaming, so this mini computer is also equipped with HDMI2.1 and Oculink ports to connect more monitors. At the same time, dual 2.5G Ethernet ports and Wi-Fi7 support ensure a stable and fast network connection, while the fingerprint scanner next to the flip screen adds a touch of convenience for quick login.

Cooling is taken care of by a large heat pipe and a bottom-mounted fan, and for those who like to tinker, the G-Flip370 offers removable memory and two M.2 PCIe 4.0 storage slots.

Aoostar hasn't announced pricing yet, but if past models are any indication, the G-Flip 370 will likely cost around $700. Whether this price is cheap or expensive depends on how much you value portability and a unique screen since its design is so unique.
