From the official website of Changxin Memory, we learned that Changxin Memory has officially launched LPDDR5 DRAM memory chip. It is reported that,The LPDDR5 series products include 12Gb LPDDR5 particles, POP packaged 12GBLPDDR5 chips and DSC packaged 6GBLPDDR5 chips.
Officials stated that the 12GBLPDDR5 chip has been verified on models of mainstream domestic mobile phone manufacturers such as Xiaomi and Transsion.
So far, Changxin Storage has become the first domestic brand to launch independently developed and produced LPDDR5 products.
According to reports, compared with the previous generation LPDDR4X,The capacity and speed of a single chip of Changxin Memory's LPDDR5 are increased by 50%, reaching 12Gb and 6400Mbps respectively, while power consumption is reduced by 30%.
