Hou Jinlong believes that the popularization of electrification of heavy trucks is very important, because in the field of transportation and logistics, heavy trucks account for more than 50% of carbon emissions. To achieve large-scale carbon reduction in the logistics industry, heavy trucks cannot be avoided.
For heavy trucks to truly be electrified, the recharge time must be less than 30 minutes. Megawatt supercharging will promote the electrification of heavy trucks from closed scenarios to full scenarios, and logistics products will move towards full electrification.
Hou Jinlong introduced that Huawei will launch megawatt-level charging products this year."The maximum charging current can reach 2,400 amps, the maximum power can reach 1.5 megawatts, and the power can be recharged at 20 degrees per minute, which can be completed in 15 minutes."
It often takes several hours to fully charge a heavy truck with traditional charging technology, but Huawei's new megawatt supercharger can "resurrect" a heavy truck with full health in just 15 minutes.
This means that in logistics transportation, drivers can greatly reduce charging waiting time and improve transportation efficiency.
