At Konami's online conference last night, Konami announced that "Metal Gear Solid 3: Remastered" will usher in an original online multiplayer mode, Fox Hunt. The multiplayer mode Fox Hunt is created by Yu Sahara, a senior designer of the "Metal Gear Solid" series, who has participated in the production of "Metal Gear Solid 4", "Peace Walker", " Ground Zeroes " and "Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain".

Fox Hunt is officially described as a "totally original" online multiplayer mode that has nothing to do with Metal Gear Online, which launched at the same time as the PS2 Subsistence version of the original game.

This mode shares the same world as "Metal Gear Solid 3: Remastered", but the gameplay is completely different. Based on the "stealth" of the series, it combines the "camouflage" and theme "survival" featured in "Metal Gear Solid 3: Remake". It is not a simple gun battle, but uses the hide-and-seek relationship between "hiding" and "discovery" to construct a unique online battle for "Metal Gear Solid". Details are yet to be released later.

Multiplayer mode Fox Hunt reveal video:

The production team revealed that this promotional video focuses on the actual gameplay (Gameplay). The concept of the Boss battle scene shown in it remains the same as the original work, but the AI, animation and game balance of each Boss have been readjusted.

"Snake vs. Bomberman" exclusive to the Xbox platform is a special game in collaboration with KONAMI's own "Bomberman". Different from the hide-and-seek gameplay of "Snake vs. Monkey War", "Snake vs. Bomberman" uses a bombing gameplay of throwing bombs to blow up the bombers running around in the jungle.

The game also resurrected the "Secret Theater" in response to player feedback. Images from the original work will be turned into film reels, and players can collect these images by defeating enemies. In addition to the theater with original images, there will also be a new Delta version theater.
