In response to this situation, 12306 Railway Customer Service responded to the media that regarding the handling fees incurred for ticket cancellation,The current refund fee standards are still implemented, and no new regulations have been introduced at present.

The reason why the above netizen did not deduct the handling fee is that the D779 train departing from Yan'an on November 27 departed 30 minutes late. According to relevant regulations,Due to train delays, users do not need to deduct refund fees for refunds.
