HBO's "Harry Potter" series appears to be filming in chronological order, with the first set of candid photos starting to circulate this week after filming at the London Zoo. Audiences familiar with the world of Harry Potter will remember that before Harry learned that he was a wizard, he went to the zoo with his uncle Vernon, aunt Petunia and cousin Dudley, during which a magical farce occurred. Now we get a glimpse of the scene from the show.
In the photo, Dominic MacLellan, who plays Harry, is dressed in Muggle casual clothes (he has not yet enrolled in Hogwarts at this time), as well as Bella Purvey's Petunia and Daniel Rigby's Vernon. Dudley appeared in a particularly eye-catching sportswear look.
The show is currently expected to premiere in 2026 or 2027. In view of the large number of special effects production in the show that will definitely extend the post-production period (the post-stage may start at the end of 2025), it is more likely to premiere in 2027.
