After the release of BMG-G21 series graphics cards,Intel seems to be moving forward with its larger Battlemage chip "BMG-G31", and four related device IDs were discovered in the Compute Runtime project.Phoronix discovered that support for the BMG-G31 graphics card has been added to Compute Runtime 25.27.34303.5, which also confirms that Intel is preparing for its larger BMG-G31 graphics card.

The four new device IDs are 0xE220, 0xE221, 0xE222 and 0xE223. These IDs are likely to be prepared for the upcoming BMG-G31 graphics card product line.

According to previous reports, the BMG-G31 graphics card is expected to be equipped with 32 Xe2 cores, retain GDDR6 video memory, and may use 256-bit bit width to support 16GB of video memory, which is a lot more than the Arc B580's 12GB of video memory (192 bits).
The increase in core count is expected to reach 60%, so WccFtech stated that,The product performance of the BMG-G31 GPU is expected to be close to that of the RTX 5060 Ti and RX 9060 XT, both of which are in the $350 to $450 market segment.
Intel has already proven its price competitiveness with the Ruixuan B580 12GB graphics card. If the BMG-G31 graphics card is priced between $329 and $349, it may become a competitive graphics card product.
Intel is expected to launch its top-tier BMG-G31 "Battlemage" graphics card and related products by the end of 2025.
