Current Windows 11 systems don't offer a quick and easy way to play audio across devices. If you have multiple audio devices connected and want to play music on all of them, you will have to use third-party software to do so. Microsoft is hoping to change that with a new feature coming soon to Windows 11.

A veteran providing Windows insights@phantomofearthThe latest Windows 11 preview was discovered to hide a switch in Quick Settings that lets you share audio to multiple devices with just a few clicks. Just click Share Audio in Control Center, select two or more available devices, and click Share.

As always, there's no official announcement yet, so details about this feature are unclear. However, you can expect the new shared audio feature to arrive in Windows 11 preview builds in the near future.

In other Windows Insider news, Microsoft recently revealed that a recent taskbar change has been removed from the operating system due to negative feedback. The company tried simplifying the taskbar tray area but later decided to remove it because users didn't like it.

There are a lot of other features coming to Windows 11 and hopefully all of them will make it to the stable channel soon.
