According to reports, the dispute between domestic channels and Dell regarding the arrears of huge rebate policies has finally been resolved by a dealer through legal channels. Recently, Hanlinhui Information Industry Co., Ltd. issued a major litigation announcement, saying that after submitting the lawsuit to the Intermediate People's Court of Xiamen City, Fujian Province, it was officially notified on July 14, and the court officially accepted the case.
During litigation,Hanlinhui requires Dell Computer to pay an overdue payment of more than 374 million yuan, and also requires at least more than 14 million yuan in interest, as well as notary fees and other miscellaneous expenses.

The announcement mentioned that the original (Hanlinhui) and the defendant (Dell) have been cooperating on the retail channel retail business of Dell products since 2009. The plaintiff, as the defendant's responsible dealer, is responsible for stocking and reselling the defendant's products to the defendant's downstream authorized retailers in the region.
Since the third quarter of 2022, based on its sales strategy, the defendant has frequently promised to give rebates to downstream authorized retailers and instructed the plaintiff to honor them on its behalf, and has lowered the actual resale price of the products, resulting in the plaintiff being unable to recover the receivables in full.
On January 2, 2024, after reconciliation between the two parties, the defendant confirmed that it owed the plaintiff 374,161,528 yuan. The plaintiff negotiated with the defendant on March 15, 2024, requesting the defendant to continue the reconciliation and repay the above-mentioned amount, but the defendant did not respond. Subsequently, the plaintiff sent multiple emails requesting repayment, but the defendant never responded.
