The employee revealed that he participated in a year-end work report on the afternoon of July 22 and heard about the idea of a corporate cultural activity of wearing miniskirts and handing out prizes. He sent an email to the company that night to express his attitude and views, and Yuanfudao Human Resources Director Li Hua also responded. The employee added that on July 23, he was asked to negotiate to terminate the labor contract, but he did not accept the negotiation; on July 24, the company terminated the labor contract on the grounds that he was not qualified for the position.


On the evening of July 24, the Yuanfudao Recruitment Xiaohongshu account posted an article (the full name of the entity is Beijing Yuanfudao Online Subject Training School). According to verification, Zhang, a former HR employee of Zhixian Daoyuan in Zhengzhou, continued to fail to meet the standards due to his work ability and work did not meet expectations. On July 23, the local human resources department proposed to terminate the labor contract and provide N+1 compensation based on the 12-month average salary (including performance year-end bonus).
