The content of the notification is: On November 7, our court issued an auction announcement on the Taobao judicial auction platform and decided to publicly auction the mobile phone number "18611999999" from 10 a.m. on November 24 to 10 a.m. on the 25th. The winner should pay the remaining balance of the auction before December 3.
