At 0:31 today, the Jielong-3 carrier rocket developed by the Rocket Academy was ignited and lifted off off the coast of Rizhao, Shandong Province.The Geely Constellation 04 satellites were successfully delivered into the predetermined orbit using the "one arrow and eleven satellites" method, and the launch mission was a success.The Jielong 3 launch vehicle is my country's first launch vehicle to achieve thermal launch at sea. This mission is the first launch in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment in summer. The model team analyzed the elements of the entire process of reloading, boarding, transportation, and launch one by one, proposed effective protective measures, and further assessed the environmental adaptability of the rocket.

In view of this mission's multi-star launch with one rocket, the model team adopted the concept of "universal adaptation" to design the main structure of the satellite adapter.

Compared with traditional structural solutions, the development cost of each set of products is reduced by 20% and the development and production cycle is shortened by one-third, which can better meet the high-frequency launch requirements of networked satellites.

This mission is a key launch for Geely's constellation networking. The model team fully utilized the carrying capacity in accordance with user requirements and flexibly matched a newly developed test satellite on the basis of ten networking satellites, providing precise and efficient launch services and development support for user constellation networking.

The full name of Geely Constellation is Geely Future Travel Constellation. It is independently developed by Geely's Spacetime Daoyu and is the world's first commercial communication, navigation and remote sensing integrated constellation. It can provide centimeter-level high-precision positioning, satellite communications and autonomous driving support for Geely's brands such as Jikrypton and Lynk & Co.

Since 2022, Geely Constellation has implemented 4 network launches, with 41 satellites in orbit. It plans to complete the first phase of construction by the end of 2025 to achieve global coverage.

Geely's constellation construction is implemented in three phases. In the first phase, 72 satellites are planned to achieve global real-time data communication, provide medium and low-speed satellite communication services, and support more than 200 million users around the world;

In the second phase, 264 mobile phone direct-connect satellites are planned to support direct-connect satellite communications for existing mobile phones and provide global commercial services;

In the third phase, 5,676 communication satellites are planned to provide global commercial low-orbit broadband communication services.
