Yu Donglai mentioned that two aspects of assistance will be planned: First, a training program will be launched to share with ex-offenders "how to face society, life and employment in a sunny way"; second, an employment and entrepreneurship fund will be established, with "an annual investment of more than 10 million yuan, and the future plan is to increase the scale to 100 million yuan" to help ex-offenders firmly do good and feel the beauty of life.
