OpenAI has launched new features for the voice mode of its ChatGPT web application, adding "voice speed" adjustment and "custom command prefix", and also combined with the previously upgraded model selector to further enhance the user experience.

The new "Speech Speed" option allows users to freely adjust ChatGPT's speaking speed through the slider, ranging from 0.5x to 2.0x.However, this feature is still hidden and has not yet been officially opened.
The "custom command prefix" function allows the voice mode to remember the user's specific requirements and avoid repeated input. The system clearly requires that no matter how subsequent instructions change, the wording of the reply should follow the previously set prefix.
For example, if the user sets "Keep a lively and cheerful tone" and asks "Hey, how are you doing?", ChatGPT will directly reply "Hey, not bad!" without adding additional explanations.
also,The upgraded model selector launched by OpenAI earlier also provides users with more convenience, adding support for the new GPT-5 model and including high-precision, fast and automatic modes. At the same time, OpenAI has restored the use rights of the GPT-4 model for paying users to better meet different needs.
