According to news on the afternoon of August 22, Tesla and Volcano Engine have recently reached a cooperation. Volcano Engine will provide Tesla with large model services in China to help upgrade Tesla’s smart cockpit interactive experience. According to the recently updated "Tesla Vehicle Voice Assistant Terms of Use" on Tesla China's official website, the newly launched Tesla Model Y L will be equipped with a large bean bag model and a DeepSeek model, both of which are connected through the Volcano engine.

Among them, the large bean bag model will be responsible for voice command functions, such as navigation settings, media playback control, air conditioning temperature adjustment, etc., and also has the function of querying the owner's manual; the DeepSeek model will provide AI voice chat services.

This time, Tesla has accessed the large model service through the Volcano Engine, which means that in the future, on domestic Tesla vehicles with AI interaction capabilities, users will be able to control vehicle functions and interact with people and vehicles through voice commands, achieving a better smart cockpit interactive experience.
