Given the ultra-thin design of the iPhone 17 Air, users who buy the device may be reluctant to put a regular protective case on it, because that will increase the thickness of the device.A bezel protective case is a suitable compromise, providing some protection against drops without making the device too heavy.
It is worth noting that the iPhone 4 encountered the "Antenna Gate" incident that year - when the iPhone 4 was held in a specific way, the phone's cellular network signal reception would be unstable. Apple eventually provided users with free iPhone 4 frame protective cases.
In addition to creating protective cases, Apple also plans to launch an external battery for iPhone 17 Air to alleviate users’ battery life anxiety.
According to reports, iPhone 17 Air will replace Plus as Apple's new product line. The phone is mainly thin and light, with a thickness of about 5.5mm, making it the thinnest model in Apple's history.
