It is understood that the cause of the incident was a video recently released by blogger "Anti-Fraud Chen" Chen Guoping.It questioned that the 699 yuan Coolpad mobile phone sold by Xie Mengwei in the live broadcast room could not be found on the official website and questioned that it was unofficial and authentic.
In response, Xie Mengwei claimed in the live broadcast that all products are genuine.
Later, Coolpad customer service replied,The GZ coolpad X60 mobile phone sold in Xie Mengwei's live broadcast room is official and authentic.
After the customer service responded, Chen Guoping apologized to Xie Mengwei, saying that it was all a misunderstanding before and hoped that he would be more noble.
