At the 2025 Inclusion Bund Conference, Hello announced its Robotaxi strategic plan, and released the first front-loaded mass-produced Robotaxi model "HR1" (Hello Robot1). It announced plans to achieve SOP mass production of front-loaded models in 2026, covering more than 10 cities and international capital cities, with a scale of 10,000 vehicles. In 2027, it will deploy more than 50,000 Robotaxi models that are forward-defined for the world, and realize the scale of Robotaxi business within two years.
At the event, Haro also signed strategic cooperation agreements with ecological partners such as Venucia, Alibaba Cloud, Horizon, and Hesai to jointly promote Robotaxi technology research and development, vehicle manufacturing and commercialization. According to Yu Qiankun, co-founder of Haro Autonomous Driving, Haro Robotaxi adopts an end-to-end integrated technology architecture that is different from the traditional modular technology architecture. It abandons the limitations of separation of perception, prediction, planning, and control in traditional modular solutions, and directly maps multi-sensor inputs into vehicle control instructions, significantly improving system response speed and decision-making consistency.
It is reported that in order to support this advanced architecture, Haro has built a trinity of "big data, big computing power, and big models" technology base. At the big data level, through automated compliance production lines, Haro plans to build a high-quality data set containing no less than 10 million clips by 2026. At the same time, relying on in-depth cooperation with Alibaba Cloud, Haro will build a 10,000-ka level computing power cluster for training and iterating autonomous driving models. Through in-depth cooperation with Alibaba Cloud's Qwen team, the "Daoyu" tens-billion-parameter large model has been developed to build three major cloud capabilities including data mining, World Model simulation and VLA cloud driver base.
