"Super Mario Galaxy Movie" officially announced to be released in April 2026

At the Nintendo Direct held tonight, Nintendo first announced news related to the "Super Mario" series:

The new "Super Mario Bros." animated movie announced in March last year was officially named "Super Mario Galaxy Movie." "Super Mario Galaxy The Movie" is produced by Nintendo and Illumination and will be released globally in the United States and more other markets on April 3, 2026.
