Recently, some players discovered that Nvidia’s official website malls in many regions around the world have quietly removed the product pages of the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 public version graphics cards (Founders Edition, hereinafter referred to as FE). Only a small amount of inventory can still be seen in some regions. There is widespread speculation in the industry that these two high-end public version graphics cards may have entered the discontinuation stage.

According to observations, both the RTX 5080 and 5090 FE have disappeared from NVIDIA's official US website. Only the RTX 5070 FE remains on the UK official website, and there is no trace of the RTX 50 series FE at all in the Canadian mall. In stark contrast, the German official website still retains the RTX 5080 FE and RTX 5070 FE, while the Indian official website rarely fully displays the three FE graphics cards of RTX 5090, 5080, and 5070.

This "regional differentiation" of listings has confused the outside world. Normally, if it is just out of stock, Nvidia will mark "out of stock" or "temporarily unavailable" on the page instead of directly removing the product page. Therefore, many industry insiders speculate that this may mean that NVIDIA is gradually ending the life cycle of RTX 5090 and 5080 FE.

It is worth noting that Nvidia has not issued any official statement on this matter, and it has not yet clearly stated whether the public version of the graphics card will be re-released or has been officially EOL. Considering that most public version graphics cards have had long sales cycles in the past few generations, this rapid removal is particularly abnormal.

As of press time, RTX 5070 FE is still on sale in NVIDIA’s official website mall in some regions. However, there is no conclusion yet as to whether it will be removed from shelves globally in the future, or whether it will be restored after a short adjustment.
