Apple customers in Australia and New Zealand started receiving their iPhone Air, iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max orders on Friday, September 19th, thanks to the time difference.

Not only that, orders for AirPods Pro 3, Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Apple Watch SE 3 are also coming soon.

Apple fans who ordered new devices will soon share photos and first experiences with the new iPhone 17 on social networks such as Instagram and Reddit.

There are no Apple retail stores in New Zealand, so customers in Australia will be the first to pick up a new device or make a purchase at an Apple Store. Australian in-store inventory information will help us understand what is available at other Apple stores around the world.

The iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max are already sold out during pre-orders, with online shipping expected to last until October. Retail stores are expected to have them in stock, though, so if you missed out on pre-orders, you should be able to pick up a new iPhone from Apple or another big box retailer like Target, Walmart, or Best Buy.

Sales and deliveries of the new iPhone 17 models and other devices will begin in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America, following Australia and New Zealand. Some Apple Stores around the world will open early at 8:00 a.m. local time to facilitate customers to pick up pre-ordered devices and purchase them on-site.
