They requested Xpeng Motors to explain and compensate for this. The joint letter pointed out that they are all new owners of Xpeng Motors, and they have only used your company's products for a day or a month or two.

I suddenly learned that your company will give away a 4-year 1,500-kWh electricity card (G9 model), a 5,000 yuan e-commerce Double 12 subsidy (G6 model), a 5,000 yuan insurance subsidy, and a 5,000 yuan e-commerce Double 12 subsidy (P7i) during Double 12.

This is undoubtedly a "stab in the back" and an infringement of rights for recent car owners.

Some car owners who made reservations in October, November, and December have not yet arrived at the delivery time (even more than 2 weeks earlier than expected by the APP).Under the delivery contact or sales routine, choose to pick up the car on or before December 7th.

Sales mostly indicate that there are no activities on Double 12, or that this activity cannot be combined with previous benefits, etc.

However, the sales operation can retroactively enjoy the rights for picking up the car on December 8, just one day later. The rights for orders placed during the same period are completely different, which obviously violates the spirit of the contract and fair transactions.

To sum up all the situations mentioned above, we hope to get some compensation or solutions from your company for users instead of cold rejection from customer service.

Among them, in addition to free green paint, the initial rights for G9 series owners only include USB flash drives and floor mats worth tens of yuan. For some owners, Xpeng launched preferential policies on the second day after picking up the car, which was a slap in the face to the owners who had already purchased the car.

Previously, the G6 series only had a 5,000 yuan optional fund discount. In the Double Twelve promotion announced on the evening of December 7, all G6 series have a 5,000 yuan insurance subsidy in cash, which infringes on the rights of owners who have recently taken delivery of the car.

Moreover, a large number of G6 owners were urged to pick up their cars, and the time was stuck before December 8. It is suspected that the company had premeditated urging the car owners who had already made their reservations to pick up their cars, so as to prevent the car owners who had already made their reservations from enjoying the 5,000 yuan cash subsidy during Double Twelve, and save costs by harming the interests of car owners.

The Double 11 discounts of the P7i series cannot be stacked, but the Double 12 discounts launched on December 8 can be stacked to enjoy a discount of 10,000 yuan. Users who have already purchased a car thought that the discounts cannot be stacked and booked a car in advance, but they were stabbed in the back.

Therefore, the car owners jointly requested that Xpeng Motors provide equal rights and interests to old car owners.

G9 owners: can enjoy free charging service of 1,500 kWh electricity card every year in the next 4 years.

G6 owners: Convert the 5,000 yuan cash subsidy into points for compensation.

P7i owners: Convert the 5,000 yuan cash subsidy into points for compensation.

At present, Xpeng Motors has not yet responded to this.
