In June 2021, the development work of the MA60 fire extinguisher was officially launched.

On October 9 this year, the first test flight of the MA-60 fire extinguisher mission system was successful.

On November 28, the aircraft transferred to Suining Anju Airport and started the second phase of scientific research test flight, gradually increasing the water input from half load to full load.

As a large and medium-sized fixed-wing aviation fire-fighting aircraft, the MA-60 fire extinguisher is a "sharp knife" force in the field of national aviation emergency rescue. It is one of the important models of civilian products in the aviation industry. It is developed in strict accordance with the CCAR-25 airworthiness standards and has independent intellectual property rights.

Based on the MA-60 multi-purpose aircraft, the aircraft has been equipped with systems such as media delivery, fire monitoring, communication command, comprehensive management, and mission power supply. The aircraft structure has been improved, and the cabin layout, interior decoration, audio system, air conditioning system, oxygen system, electrical system, etc. have been adaptively changed to realize the aircraft's functions of aviation firefighting, fire monitoring, communication command, etc. in forests/grasslands. At the same time, through configuration conversion, it can also take into account the functions of personnel transportation and material transportation.
