Domestic GPU manufacturer Muxi's Science and Technology Innovation Board IPO was reviewed and approved by the listing committee meeting. The company's IPO plans to raise 3.904 billion yuan to invest in "new high-performance general-purpose GPU R&D and industrialization projects", "new generation artificial intelligence inference GPU R&D and industrialization projects" and "high-performance GPU technology R&D projects for cutting-edge fields and emerging application scenarios."
Previously,Muxi Integrated Circuit (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. publicly released the first nationally produced general-purpose GPU - Xiyun C600 in Nanjing, marking a historic breakthrough for domestically produced high-performance GPUs.
"The Nanjing company is the first wholly-owned subsidiary established by Muxi Co., Ltd. and is responsible for a full range of chip research and development." Wang Shuang, head of Muxi (Nanjing), said.
Public information shows thatXiyun C600 is based on the core GPU IP of Muxi's independent intellectual property rights, and realizes a closed-loop domestic supply chain for the entire process from chip design, manufacturing to packaging and testing. Its large-capacity video memory and multi-precision hybrid computing power can provide safe and controllable computing power support for the digital economy.
Xiyun C600 is a general-purpose GPU chip developed based on domestic advanced technology, establishing a domestic supply chain closed loop from design, manufacturing to packaging and testing.
The Xiyun C600 R&D project was established in February 2024, and was completed and successfully lit in July 2025. It is undergoing functional testing and is expected to enter risk mass production at the end of 2025.
Currently, the next-generation flagship product C700, which is currently under development, will be further greatly improved in terms of computing power, storage capacity, communication capabilities and energy efficiency ratio, approaching the level of NVIDIA H-series flagship H100.
It is reported that Muxi Co., Ltd. is a high-tech company dedicated to providing completely independent intellectual property rights and developing and selling general-purpose GPU chips and solutions for various applications such as heterogeneous computing.
Today, Muxi shares have entered the sprint period for IPO.
