According to CCTV News, the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency announced that,The commercial flight operating license of Angara Airlines has been revoked since November 5.Previous reports showed that on July 24, local time, an An-24 passenger plane operated by Russia's Angara Airlines crashed on the outskirts of Tenda, Amur Region, with 43 passengers and 6 crew members on board.

The next day,The Russian Investigative Committee announced that there were 49 people on board when the accident occurred, and all of them were confirmed dead.

It is understood that the passenger plane took off from the Far Eastern city of Khabarovsk and stopped in Blagoveshchensk to the city of Tenda. The passenger plane did not send out an emergency signal during the flight.

The An-24 passenger plane involved was making its second approach near Tenda Airport before it lost contact, that is, it was approaching the airport to land, and then the plane crashed and lost contact.

The aircraft involved is an An-24 passenger aircraft, which is about 50 years old and its airworthiness certificate has been extended to 2036.

Data show that the An-24 is a 44-seat medium- and short-range twin-engine turboprop transport aircraft developed by the Antonov Design Bureau of the former Soviet Union. The design began in 1958. The prototype made its first test flight in April 1960. It entered service on the route in September 1963 and was discontinued in 1978.

By 1976, a total of about 1,100 aircraft were produced, more than 700 were delivered to Soviet civil aviation, and 130 were exported to airlines in 12 countries.
