It seems that as the fourth quarter is about to pass one-third, Tesla is beginning to focus on deliveries in the domestic market. According to reports, Tesla's Shanghai Gigafactory has completed its production ramp-up and is currently producing about 2,500 6-seater Model Y L models per week to meet high demand.

In fact, as early as half a month ago, Tesla Vice President @Tao Lin revealed in a blog that the Shanghai Gigafactory has recently started ramping up production in the fourth quarter so that new car owners in China and Asia-Pacific can mention the car as early as possible.

Moreover, October also coincides with a large number of domestic Model 3/Y vehicles going overseas in the first half of the quarter. Specific data should be known next week.

Last week, Tesla also specifically announced that large batches of Model Y L, which had just rolled off the production line, had been shipped from the Shanghai Gigafactory to delivery centers across the country.

Based on the above news, Tesla China will start a large number of Model Y L deliveries in the near future. Many prospective car owners should have received car pickup notices in the past few days!

However, this should probably be delivered to users who place orders from mid-September to early October. Because, in mid-October, Tesla China extended the estimated delivery time of Model Y L to December (for those who placed orders in the last two weeks).
