Zhongtong Express Co., Ltd. stated that it will conscientiously implement regulatory requirements and effectively rectify problems.

It is worth noting that Douyin e-commerce also recently issued an announcement announcing the removal of four logistics providers that had violated regulations, including Zhongtong Cold Chain (a subsidiary of Zhongtong), Jishida, Shuiqidaojia, and Tiezhong Express.

After verification by the platform, the core of the above-mentioned logistics provider's violation is the use of third-party electronic receipts to provide merchants with "false logistics tracks" and "transfer order splicing tracks" services.

Such violations directly infringe the rights and interests of consumers, leading to delays in receiving goods, failure to receive goods, difficulties in rights protection and evidence collection, and no guarantee of after-sales service.
