PNY officially released its flagship solid state drive - CS3250 M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe Gen5 (x4) SSD,It claims to offer sequential read speeds of up to 14,900MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 14,000MB/s (13,500MB/s for the 1TB version).

CS3250 uses the PCIe Gen5 x4 interface and standard M.2 2280 specifications. It does not have a dedicated DRAM cache, but supports HMB technology in the NVMe 2.0 specification.

PNY promises that this solid-state drive can significantly shorten load times and improve system response speed to meet the superior multi-tasking capabilities required for high-end computing.

Regarding the currently popular AI, PNY pointed out that the CS3250 is “designed to handle the needs of modern AI applications” and can easily handle whether it is real-time image generation or deep learning tasks.

For gamers, PNY said the CS3250 can bring "faster speeds, shorter load times, and lower latency" with its excellent streaming performance of game resources such as textures.

In terms of durability, the CS3250 provides a mean time between failures of 1.5 million hours and supports LDPC error correction algorithm and S.M.A.R.T. health monitoring. The product provides a 5-year warranty.

The first batch of CS3250 will provide two capacity options of 1TB and 2TB. The recommended prices are US$125.99 and US$219.99 respectively, which is approximately 894 yuan and 1561 yuan. Planning of the 4TB model is also in progress.
